We are currently living in this suit, it is on the 10th floor facing north, and we are going to move to other province in the end of the Dec. That's why we are offering this suit to you starting at Jan 1st. It's a one bed room apartment with a big balcony, hardwood floor. The building is 24 hours secured. Also, we will leave some basic furniture there, all just bought from IKEA.
The rent included in an underground parking spot, electricity, and heated. Also you can get R/O water in the Laundry room in the basement, which can save you some money on the drinks. Also there is free swimming pool and gym for all renters and more...
The building is located nearby King & University St; it’s the best location in the city. Within 5 minutes walking, you can get to seven-eleven (24hour), lots choice of restaurants and fast food. If you have a car, there is a 24hour drive thru Macdonload right up of the street, and a 24 hour Sobeys 1.5km south on the Webber St. It’s the best location for students of WLU and UW. For WLU student it’s about 5 mins walking distant to the campus. For UWO students, there is a bus stop 5 mins away, the bus there will take you inside of the UWO. No matter if you have a car or not, it’s the best location for you to live in the city.
As the all other apartment, you need sign one year lease for the suit.
