The rooms are 12x10 and 15x12. I also have a bedroom downstairs, which comes with its own bathroom and living room. I would vacate this and move upstairs if it was necessary; at the right price.

Your roomies would be a pleasant female (20s)and an easy going male (30s); who believe in respect and courtesy. We\'re both friendly, but fairly busy, so you wouldnt see us too very much.

We are close to the Universities, and surrounded by Ammenities. (But in a suburb) We are also on several buslines; including the Iexpress.
