I\'m subletting one room in a 5 bedroom house for the summer term (May-August 2013). Gorgeous, big house 5 minutes from WLU campus and a 10-15 minute walk from Waterloo Town Square. We have 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room & large basement.
The room for rent is furnished with a captain\'s bed (single bed with drawers in the side & shelving in the headboard), a desk with a built in shelf, and a large closet.

Includes everything: water, hydro, heating, wifi, onsite laundry (coin operated), parking, and lots of storage space (our basement is massive). The landlord is very helpful and quick to fix any problems we have, which are minimal.
