September start date - Unit 3 – Five bedroom unit - $2295 including electricity and gas (this is only $459 per person per month if splitting rent equally between five people)
All units require a minimum 12 month commitment

For all units internet, cable, and phone are not included in rent. These services may be ordered by renter as they prefer. For all units furniture is available at time of lease signing if renters prefer for:
Desks for $15 more per desk per month
Beds for $35 more per bed per month - this includes double size mattress with frame and/or box spring.

Washer and dryer are coin operated and available in the building.
All units have had extensive recent updates, are large, and feature their own individual exterior entrance, large kitchens and large living rooms. Unit 3 has two washrooms and in addition to main floor living room an extra den and attic rec room.

One parking space is included FREE in rent when renting a unit for unit 1 and unit 2.
Two parking spaces are included FREE in rent when renting unit 3.

Please note application to lease requires:

Cheque, Bank draft, money order or certified cheque for deposit for the amount of one month rent (eventually can apply toward last month rent) is required with rental application. Cash is not accepted. Please make bank draft payable to Chris Rudd. Multiple cheques as long as they total one month rent can be accepted.
First month rent required a month prior to the earlier of lease start date or move in. If you have sufficient funds you can include the first month rent payment in your initial deposit payment (ie initial payment in amount of two months of rent).
If you have pets, we are happy to have you. Please let us know what pets you have on application. Please note that you will need to contain them in a crate whenever we or anyone else enters the unit and be on leash under your control whenever outside the unit and ensure they do not damage the rental or exterior property, cause allergies, make excess noise, or bother anyone.

Parking included free when renting in entire unit.
1 space for each of unit 1 and unit 2.
2 spaces for unit 3.
