Price: Rent is $843 per month with renters paying utilities. If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of three people this costs an average of $281 per person per month. If renters choose to pay utility bills instead of having it included per month for an additional cost, the bills are to be split between the upper and lower units if there isn\'t two meters.

Price: Rent is $993 per month with some utilities included FREE in rent. If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of three people this costs an average of $331 per person per month. The included utilities are water / water heater / gas / heat / electricity
Under either option phone, TV, and internet is not included in rent. Renters can choose to hook up and pay for these services or not as they prefer.

Laundry is coin operated and in a common area for all units to share.
FREE parking! Driveway is shared by the two units. Each unit gets a side. This is a deep and wide driveway. Each unit can fit two cars or potentially more depending on size of cars.
