The bedroom available for rent on the main floor is either:
Bedroom 3 - Back corner to right, beside washroom is the bedroom on the main floor. OR
Bedroom 1 - First bedroom to left, backs onto living room.
Only one of the bedrooms can be rented as a renter has agreed to move in and rent either one of those bedrooms - so you can decide which one you prefer to lease however we don\'t have two bedrooms for rent on the main floor. Groups of two we can help on the lower floor.

Lower floor unit information:
Start Date: May or September as the renter prefers. A minimum 12 month commitment is required.
Number of Renters: We are looking to rent the entire three bedroom unit at once. This works well for a group of three though is cheap enough that a group of two might be interested.
Price: Rent is $993 per month with utilities included FREE in rent. If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of three people this costs an average of $331 per person per month. The included utilities are water / water heater / electricity / gas / heat. Phone, TV, and internet is not included in rent. Renters can choose to hook up and pay for these services or not as they prefer.

Please note application to lease requires:

Cheque, Bank draft, money order or certified cheque for deposit for the amount of one month rent (eventually can apply toward last month rent) is required with rental application. Cash is not accepted. Please make bank draft payable to John Lawrence. Multiple cheques as long as they total one month rent are accepted.
First month rent required a month prior to the earlier of lease start date or move in. If you have sufficient funds you can include the first month rent payment in your initial deposit payment (ie initial payment in amount of two months of rent).
