If renters choose to split rent equally between a group of five people, this costs an average of $437.60 per person per month. For an extra $150 per month ($30 per person) you can include electricity free in rent!

If you have pets, we are happy to have you. Please let us know what pets you have on application. Please note that you will need to contain them in a crate whenever we or anyone else enters the unit and be on leash under your control whenever outside the unit and ensure they do not damage the rental or exterior property, cause allergies, make excess noise, or bother anyone.
