Each floor is its own unit and has five bedrooms, kitchen, living area, two bathrooms (both have full bathtubs with showers in them) and free laundry!

Please note application to lease requires:

Cheque, Bank draft, money order or certified cheque for deposit for the amount of one month rent (eventually can apply toward last month rent) is required with rental application. Cash is not accepted. Please make bank draft payable to Ronald Kuepfer.
First month rent required a month prior to the earlier of lease start date or move in. If you have sufficient funds you can include the first month rent payment in your initial deposit payment (ie initial payment in amount of two months of rent).
If you have pets, we are happy to have you. Please let us know what pets you have on application. Please note that you will need to contain them in a crate whenever we or anyone else enters the unit and be on leash under your control whenever outside the unit and ensure they do not damage the rental, exterior property, or bother anyone. You also need to ensure that when renting by the bedroom that the other renters in the unit are okay with the pet and note our approval of you with a pet doesn\'t guarantee that your roommates will be okay with the pet.
Parking
Two free parking spots per unit when renting by the unit.
$25 per month or negotiable rate parking when renting by the bedroom on first come first serve basis.
Sorry, no parking for rent for non-residents.
