Looking to sublet my apartment from May 1st to August 31st 2010.

The room is large with a good sized closet. There are four other roommates in the apartment, who are fairly quiet, but very nice. There are 2 full bathrooms, and a common kitchen and living area. This is an unfurnished room. Coin washer and dryer in the basement of the building.

The apartment is directly across the street from the WLU campus and is a 20 min walk (5 min bus ride) from UW campus. Bus stops are a 2 min walk from the front door. Uptown waterloo is just down the street.

Rent is $455 a month, not including hydro and internet (extra).
I will require a lease signing and post-dated cheques in advanced.
